Are appointments virtual?
Yes. All appointments are held through secure telehealth for eligible patients in Illinois and Arizona.
Can I text your office?
Yes. You can text us during business hours for appointment questions, scheduling, and general inquiries. Please don't send urgent or emergency concerns by text — in an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We are a cash-pay practice, and payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit and debit cards, and HSA/FSA funds may qualify depending on your plan.
